Accident Assistance
A step to heighten the efficiency of service to our participants, the Tele Bantuan programme provides free towing service from the point of accident to the nearest Takaful Malaysia panel workshop, 24 hours daily, anywhere in Malaysia.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown Assistance is 24/7. Cost of towing charges to be borne by the participant. A discount of 30% for towing charges if the distance is less than 35km to the nearest Takaful Malaysia panel of repairers.

Car Rental Assistance
Arrangements for a rental car can be made if a replacement car is required in the event of accident or breakdown. The cost of the car rental shall be borne by the Participant.

Arrangements for Hotel Accommodation
We assist in making arrangements for reservations of hotel rooms in the event of accident or breakdown. Cost incurred shall be borne by the Participant.

Referral to Service Centre
In case of any breakdown needing repair services, we assist the participant in making appointments at the Service centre for any car servicing or repair services. All servicing or repair costs shall be borne by the Participant.

Home Assist Referral Service
We assist to make arrangements for certain services to be undertaken by our selected contractors and professional service providers such as roof leakages/repairs, electrical power failures, painting, plumbing works, restoration and cleaning of carpets and furniture, air-condition repair/services, house renovations and home-electrical appliances repairs. 

These services are applicable within Klang Valley and a reasonable fee shall be charged for site inspection, preparation of quotation and/or technical report by professional consultant/repairer.

Emergency Message Assistance
We assist in informing the participant`s next of kin if an accident occurs involving the participant.

Referral to Legal Assistance
We assist in referring the participant to a legal practitioner if any legal assistance is required.
